Application

Quadruplex type USE-2/RHH/RHW-2 with Compact Stranded Aluminum Alloy 8000 Series conductors per ASTM B800; ASTM B801; ASTM B836. Suitable for electrical connections in mobile homes for permanent wiring according to the NEC. Suitable for wet and dry locations in conduit where temperatures do not exceed 90°C. Direct Burial in earth permitted for Type USE-2, RHH, RHW-2 per UL-854 where temperatures do not exceed 90°C. 600 volt rated. XLPE insulation is sunlight-resistant for 8 AWG and larger. 1/0 AWG and larger complies with UL-1685 flame test. 1/0 AWG.

Features

Two black triple-rated USE-2/RHH/RHW-2 phase conductors cabled together with one white triple-rated USE-2/RHH/RHW-2 neutral conductor and one green insulated ground wire. All cables employ ASTM 8000 Series aluminum alloy conductors. Superior weather, abrasion, crush, and sunlight-resistant XLPE insulation. Manufactured and tested according to ANSI/ICEA S-105-692: Standard for 600 Volt Single Layer Thermoset Insulated Utility Underground Distribution Cables. Also manufactured and tested according to UL-854 and UL-44 for triple-rated USE-2/RHH/RHW-2 cables. Conductors are surface printed for identification.
